Starter Coaching has a very selective recruitement process. It’s a 5 steps process

1. Application form

First, start by filling the application form that can be found here : Application form (version word 2007) or Application form (version word 2010)

Then, send it to contact @ startercoaching.com no later than the 20 of October midnight. Within 10 days, we will communicate to you if you are accepted at the next stage, interview

2. Interview

The selected applicants will be invited to an interview in Brussels at the end of October/early November. The interview last 30 minutes and is an open discussion about your project, your motivation and the program. Within a week, you will receive a notification about your acceptance to the program!

3. Payment of the fee

Every mentor, coach, expert that participate in the program is doing it for free. However, we do have some logistical expenses and that’s why you will be required to pay a fee of 400 EUR for working people and 200 EUR for students. Upon reception of the payment, you will receive more informations about the program

4. Preparation

Before the program, you will receive instructions about the preparation of the program.

5. Start

The program starts with a full Week-End that will be scheduled end of December or in January
