We help you to achieve the confidence needed to start your own company! There is no teaching or reading, we help you learn by doing! The program starts with a weekend of further development for your ideas, and an analysis of your skills. The weekend ends with a well-defined action plan to help you get started. On a weekly basis, experts and angels will help you shape and build your idea over the course of a six-month period! At the end of the program, you will pitch your idea in person to investors and potential partners!Be prepared! This program is very intense and we expect to bring the best to the program. It means we will be very demanding about your commitment. People who do not give (at least) a 100% to the program may have to leave, for real!
Program
End of November - Kick Off WE
We will spend a whole WE together to Kick start the program. The initial WE is for many past participants the highlight of the program. We will work intensively as a team on different aspects. We will give you a crash course on how to start a company trough hands-on exercises that will help you master the art of presentation, sales, people management or business model identification. It is also a moment to reflect on yourself as a leader. What are my strengths, my weaknesses, how can I improve myself. At the end of the WE, you will be ready to jump into the development of your venture with a clear action plan.
Individual Coaching
After the WE, each participant will be assigned with an individual coach. You will be the driver and the coach will help you meet the right person, reflect on your business model and development your product/market fit.
End of January - Meet the experts
Regularly, we organize a gathering of the participants to share their progress, try new exercises and meet people. We will use this opportunity to go into our large network. We try to adapt the presentations to the focus of the different participants.
Early March - Mid term
The mid-term is a one day meeting full of surprises. A time to recharge energy and develop new skills. It will be an opportunity to present your idea in front of a small panel of experts. We also organize meeting with successful entrepreneurs and try to bound the group trough team exercises. As said, there will be surprises too!
Mid May - Meet the experts
Similar to the first « meet the experts » we will bring new experts to help you develop your venture based on your level of achievement
Early June - Investors presentation
Now is the time! Your business model is clear, first customers have been found and you are ready to incorportate. We will bring a panel of 30+ experts, partners, investors that will evaluate your project and give you feedback. It’s the perfect occasion to find the right persons to jump into the next phase of your startup.
