Bruno Colard,
Sales Manager at Siemens, Co-founder of KyoKa, Co-founder at Leadership Yourself

My career path is mainly focused on industrial projects, ranging from Project Management (PM) with Altran Europe to Sales Manager for Siemens. At Siemens, I was in charge of water infrastructure equipment in the export department. My responsibilities included: sales and project follow-up with PM teams. I also gained technical experience in power sub-stations, as well as electrical and hydro-mechanical equipment. My expertise includes: market strategy, turnkey contracts, and negotiations with multi-national and multi-cultural environments, e.g., Chinese, Canadian and Algerian. I decided to place my career with Siemens on hold for 2 years, with the possibility of returning in the future. In the meantime, I am continuing to develop my entrepreneurship skills by managing KyoKa, my jewelry and fashion accessories business that I started in 2006, and launching a Leadership Yourself. I graduated from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, where I received a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (mechanical orientation) magna cum laude. During my leisure time, I enjoy sports, meeting friends to share life experiences, business opportunities and good moments. I also focus on soft skills development, a key to success!
Gaetan Raevens
Managing Director at Consulting Gate, Co-founder at Leadership Yourself

For the past two years I have worked as the principal consultant for my own company, Consulting Gate. Two of the major companies I have worked with are ING and GDF Suez. Some of my major projects are in the Financial, Energy, and IT industries. For those particular projects I used a mix of soft skills and hard skills to implement a management strategy with concrete actions. I gained experience as a Line Manager for DuPont and worked as a Sales & Marketing Line manager in the Chemical/ Printing industry. I also gained consulting skills at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where I worked on global process best practices and project software implementation for customers like Nestle and ExxonMobil. Those projects have also reinforced my cultural knowledge as a result of traveling and residing in different countries such as Japan, Switzerland, and Germany. I hold two major degrees: a Master in Science from Faculte Polytechnique de Mons and a post-graduate degree in Integrated Enterprise Management. During my free time, I participate in a variety of sports and enjoy traveling and meet passionate people. I also have a strong interest in personal development.

In addition, I hold a Masters degree in Management and a PhD in Applied Sciences. I enjoy learning new things and meeting new people. Thierry Soubestre
COO at Deployments Factory, Founder and past-manager of Pixelixir
For the last 10 years I've been active as an entrepreneur in the IT Business as the founder and Managing Partner of PIXELIXIR. PIXELIXIR was one the largest IBM BELUX Business Partner in the collaboration area managing mainly medium and large customers. My role inside the company has evolved from a very technical and consulting one at the beginning, to a more managerial one as the company was growing. Curious by nature, I've always loved putting my nose in a lot of different topics and the least I can say is that being an entrepreneur fulfilled all of my expectations.
Nevertheless after 10 years working for PIXELIXIR, I decided it was time moving to new challenges and helping your entrepreneurs to initiate their project represents a very motivating one.
I graduated in Physics from the University Paris VII, followed by an MBA at the University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
During my free time, I enjoy playing sports as much as I can and following my departure of PIXELIXIR, I had the opportunity to visit Australia and Indonesia on a bicycle, an unforgettable experience which combines travelling, sport and facing new situations every day.
